Cancellations and Refunds for Workshops

1. No Refunds
   We are unable to offer refunds for workshop bookings.

2. Rescheduling or Credit Notes

   • You may reschedule your booking for another workshop date or request a credit note equal to the full purchase value if your request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled event.

3. Cancellations Within 13 Days or Less

   • For cancellations made within 13 days or less prior to the workshop, you will receive a credit note worth 50% of the booking fee.
